If one was going to name a country, I would have thought Saudi Arabia, which was the homeland most of the hijackers, and perhaps Pakistan, which sheltered Bin Laden. But Iran? Apart from all other considerations, the main Muslim sect in Iran is a bitter rival of that of Al Quaeda, which makes it unlikely they'd be collaborating.

Yes, just as Iraq and Al Queda were enemies. But that didn't stop the lies then, and it won't now.
