21. Suddenlink dropped Viacom channels
Tue Oct 21, 2014, 10:09 AM
Oct 2014

so we no longer have Comedy Central, and some other channels. Suddenlink said Viacom wanted too much. Suddenlink replaced with a bunch of crap channels, so we have been looking for shows on the Internet. Crackle, Hulu, the actual networks, including Comedy Central. When we go on Comedy Central, Viacom opens a full screen ad saying Suddenlink dropped them and we should go to Dish or whatever. This is just a taste of what is going to happen as fewer corporations own more and more access and content. We might as well learn how to use CB radios and Morse Code and talk to each other.
