When I signed up 7 years ago, I got the 'wait on hold for 2 hours to be connected to someone in India who has no idea why you've been waiting 3 days for an installer who is 3 miles down the road to show up' customer service. My cordless phone actually went dead while I was on the phone with them. This guy was 10,000 miles away telling me to wait "one more hour" for the installer. He assured me he would be here. Turns out they screwed up the order and thought I was the person I bought the house from, who had moved to Nevada. The installer that got the order was in CA. I was waiting for a guy to install my dish WHO WAS IN FRIGGIN CALIFORNIA!1!!1
