It seems they are trying to find an angle to make cop murder seem palatable. Make it seem like black people are just violent drug maniacs... They need an excuse to harass the citizens that pay their salaries. I say they need top, each and every resident, sue the police department and each officer that has violated them directly. They need to be kept in court, explaining themselves on a regular basis.
