Where the heck is Mayor DiBlasio, Governor Cuomo, and Senators Schumer and Gillibrand, and the multitudes of other Democrats in NYC, NYS and the federal government?

What moron at FEMA thought that this was a good idea or would end well for the agency, and was anyone in the White Hose paying attention?

However, on the bright side, I expect a fully bipartisan effort to demonize FEMA and the White House until they "reconsider their position in light of new information and evolving circumstances."
