It just SUCKS that if this had happened to a Democratic candidate, he/she would have been hung from the nearest tree.
It happens to a GOP'r, ...and "oh, he just made a mistake, you can't jail a politician."
GRRRRRRRR!
I think U.S. citizens (and probably elsewhere as well) think folks with lots of money, can't be put in prison. When in fact, many of them do more selfish harm to others than a kid who robs a liquor store.
