Growing support for dismissal of charges against Gov. Perry

8. Do you know why so many prominent Democrats and liberals are supporting dismissal of the charges?

They're a load of crap, and made in retaliation for trying to stop a renegade district attorney.

It doesn't matter if the defendant is Rick Perry or anyone else. If case is not soon outright dismissed, I predict a jury will take less than an hour to acquit. More importantly, if the case proceeds, do not be surprised of the same tactic is used against sitting Democratic politicians. The criminal justice system is not a mechanism to settle persona vendettas or political disputes, and claiming that Republicans do it is the response of a petulant and hypocritical child.
