At least here in California, undocumented immigrants work bent over picking our strawberries, washing dishes in our restaurants, mowing our lawns and cleaning our toilets.
The fact that we have an "employer's market" is the result of right wing policy and the death of unions, not some immutable "free market" forces of supply and demand. There is no such thing as a free market. That is an Ayn Rand fantasy. The market is shaped by politics and policy.
