What two consenting adults do is none of my business, but:

1) She was 16 when their relationship started, it's a murky area in German law but this part makes it not between consenting adults since he is 8 years older than her.

2) The real problem is that children from those unions have a 50% chance of severe disabilities; they have 4 kids and 2 with disabilities so they are average in that regard.

We're biologically wired to not want to have sex with our siblings due to the genetic damage to a population if we do. However, in cases such as these where the siblings did not grow up together, this can sometimes happen.

If it was two adults who weren't going to have any kids together, it wouldn't bother me. I wouldn't do it myself, ever, but it's none of my business.
