This is exactly the type that should not have a gun. Someone who dares others to essentially 'come and get shot' by him. They're action movie heroes in their own minds, but only if their adversaries are unarmed and not a threat to them in any way.

It's impossible to know if the cop here is serious, but there are some stupid things nobody should put on the internet.
