Our cyber-security laws are outdated. We don't have many laws in the way of regulating HOW we secure certain networks. With all the hacks that have affected businesses AND consumers as of late (Home Depot, Target, Sony), we need new laws pertaining to cyber-security.

Laws aren't just "rules" for citizens to follow, laws also regulate the way things are done.
