as are the people who follow them -

they will try to "tie" the Mayor and the protesters and Al Sharpton and... to the event.
and they will succeed.

a killing which was done by ONE deranged individual.

this is really the worse thing that could happen, obviously it is the worst thing for the cops and their families - but from the standpoint of a protest movement which was gaining momentum coast-to-coast and around the world...
