Is against the law, and is not allowed by police.

Not all that hard to prosecute.

Especially when the now dead person was pleading "I can't breathe"
while being choked to f-ing death.

Dude says "I can't breathe" over and over. Did choke cop stop choking
him? Hell no.

Choke cop is f-ing a murderer.

Let a jury decide.

Oh, and I want a real prosecutor, not a joke jerk off.
