(196,086 posts)22. When my wife was pregnant with our daughter thanks to DU I recommended "Gilmore Girls"
She was on bed rest for a month so she needed something to watch. She watched the first 4 seasons the first day and the Carol King intro song literally made our daughter kick. Once she was born when that song came on she used to start fidgeting and would smile.
Loved that show. He still reminded me of FDR and he was a staple on the early (and later) History Channel documentaries.
