Met him just before his '01 run for mayor. He failed utterly to impress me.

Empty of talent, empty of ability, and empty of ethics. He cannot speak coherently nor do any of his ideas have merit. A wind vane is more true to its values than he is. Gravitas flees when Antonio enters the room.

I think that as a husband and father, he is a failure; as a human being, he is a jerk.

Much as I disliked him for being a drone, in comparison to Villaroigosa, S. I. Hiyakawa (possibly the most useless placeholder in Senate history) would place as a sterling senator.
