Cheyenne Phillips was wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt; black sweatpants; and brown and pink cowboy boots when she was seen in South Carolina. Hayes was wearing light-colored, dirty blue jeans, a University of Kentucky Wildcats short-sleeved shirt and black tennis shoes.
