3. I rather like having a Prez, who takes the time consider his options.

I like having a Prez, who isn't a knee-jerk reactionary. I like having a Prez, who is patient and takes the time to gather data, listen to different perspectives, talk to experts. I like a Prez, who doesn't feel the need to DO SOMETHING now, to not look weak in the polls.

I think such a Prez, one who is patient and thoughtful, has a better chance of making good decisions that result in good outcomes.
