Then there is Thomas's wife working for RW groups for years and not filing any tax from that income.
When they were finally caught, they said it was an honest mistake. Paid some fines and the tax. And that was that.
How to bribe and get away with it, hire wives and relatives of the politician you want to bribe. Money laundering at it's best.
