2. read through several emails..

nothing i came across seemed out of the ordinary of political machinations, really pretty mild, everyday stuff .. the only thing shocking to me was that MALDEF negotiated with these asshats! Unless I misunderstood what i was reading, it looked like they agreed to low balling Latino population in testimony.

I must be misreading something. I can't quite see them doing this. But I've placed faith and trust in people and organizations when it wasn't deserved and was betrayed before.. just hope in this case i really misunderstood the emails..
