(36,851 posts)Bill Nye never claimed that glyphosate caused a 90% reduction in the Monarch butterfly population. All he said was glyphosate "seems" to be reducing Monarch habitat, which nobody really disputes, although many dispute what effect, if any, that actually has on Monarch populations, not to mention that it isn't really farmer's responsibility to cultivate a weed that only serves to reduce crop yields and reduce soil nutrients.
But that's kind of the pitfall to getting your information from sources that are complete shit.
To add to the stupidity you quote another shit source about the "disruption in human gut bacteria balance", which quotes other shit sources like shit studies in shit journals by shit researchers like Monika Kruger. They follow up that stupidity with more shit research published in another shit journal.
But hey, feel free to stupidly quote pseudoscientific sources that are childishly easy to debunk and pretend that actually proves anything. Because if your transparent agenda actually included trying "to understand the world as a more integrated whole and we are all a part of it", you probably would be getting your information from sources that had the least bit of credibility.
Just sayin'
