6. Gov. Hogan made our "wellness" program non-mandatory

Previously, it had been mandatory, with penalties for not participating. So good for him, because this is invasive bullshit and that kind of data collection needs to be illegal. He did this because our unions pushed for it. State employees without unions (or any employees lacking unions) are out of luck, I guess.

The sooner we have true single payer, the better. Getting rid of insurance companies would go along way towards protecting workers' privacy. We are tracked enough.
