That will cost the Federal Government much money to do so. All of those employees to pay, leg work and paper work. It would be best if they just allowed the States to deal with it as they see fit. If the law passed in a State they should let it be, however, we know how Republicans love to be assholes.

If the do decide to enforce the law, the drugs will go underground again, and their War on Drugs will fail.
