A 12th circuit - all RED - except Washington..they don't like a fair and balanced justice....and they don't like the 9th circuit telling AZ what to do.....

We have a bedrock principle of swift justice and if you live in Arizona or anywhere in the 9th Circuit, you just don’t have it.” BS to that.....
