for them so he can get free labor and minimal boarding costs because the food will be inadequate, health care will be close to nil, heating will be almost nil also, building structure will not be maintained correctly. This goes for any other criminal or people who have broken the law because I also predict they will pick and chose who they think should suffer what punishment for any crime no matter how small or big.
