This knowledge would not be used to provide carefully targetted (preventative) heathcare. It would be used to deny healthcare to ANYONE deemed "too expensive" to care for profitably.

Once upon a time, the whole idea of insurance was to SPREAD THE RISK across ALL PLAYERS and hopefully break even with enough in reserve to bet against God himself. Now it's all about extracting the greatest amount of profit whilst providing the least possible amount of service.
