3. After Columbine, many high schools instituted..metal detectors

8 or 9 years ago I visited a high school to be part of a history project. Everyone had to enter through a metal detector. I suspect this will become general procedure after this shooting. But in that system, (Chicago Public Schools) it already had, at that time..become general procedure. (I haven't been in a high school in many years, I do not know if this is still done)
