It was the Citizens of Wisconsin that got taken to the Cleaners. Walker and friends planned this as a insurance policy for the GOP to control State Government for decades.

Amazing Mr. Nichols wording it in the manner he did. Walker is not the sharpest tool in the shed,in saying that,his Bud's were in the room with him pushing this POS.
