This will be America’s Era of Shame. Our version of the rise of the Nazis in Germany. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve heard or read that comparison and how many different baby steps we’ve witnessed being taken - when someone doesn’t talk about similarities between what’s happening now and what started building back then.
