The great philosophers and spiritual leaders knew well what violence begets - only more violence. It's a continuous cycle, fed by hatred whose ultimate fuel is fear. Ghandi knew it. So did MLK and the Dalai Lama.

As well as a certain Jewish rabbi two thousand years ago, one whose words have been twisted, distorted, and used for political and economic gain by the very people He railed against, then and now.
