1. there are clearly defined areas where EP can used and not used.

- can not be used to coverup underlying crimes and investigations into crimes that could have been committed
- can not be used for any communication and acts made BEFORE being sworn in as president
- only covers communications between the president and the person exercising privilege.


- subpoenas can not be simply "ignored" without a court ruling, and unless House leadership starts play hardball, nothing will change

- house rules concerning the power of their committees, the role of the Sgt of Arms of the house need to reviewed AND adjusted as needed, as a simple majority vote CAN change the house rules.
