1. The SC needs to explain WHY

tRump is given special treatment regarding his financial businesses. Explain why the Emolument Clause does not seem to be applied to him? Will future presidential contenders be able to skirt all the rules the way he does? Are we heading to elect a KING in the future? Is this president above all the laws that applied to previous office holders? Is so - WHY?
