1. I had a vitamin D test done several months ago

after I told my doctor I was exhausted all the time. The test came back at 23 so I’ve been taking supplements since then. Took about 6 weeks and I still can’t believe the difference. Energy level back to what it had been over a year ago. I’m in Florida so I was getting enough sunshine but apparently as we age that system doesn’t work as well as it doesn’t when we’re younger.
