He mentions conservative Democrats instead of mentioning Manchin and Sinema by name. He then says Biden and Schumer (ha on the Schumer part) can get them to fall in line. If Schumer had any sway over M & S, they would not be opposed to it. Can Biden use his influence to change their minds? Maybe. For our sake, we better hope Biden is able to persuade them. If Sinema sees the Equality Act go down in flames, that might help her change her mind. I have absolutely no idea what Biden could do to persuade Manchin. Massive government investment/spending in WV?
