Because, AFAIK, there has never been one, and I dont think there ever will be.
Military coup? Yes.
Ongoing Civil unrest/Domestic Terror? Yes.
But not a Civil War with two armies battling each other for control of the government and/or territory.
The Gravy Seals wouldnt stand a chance against even a small portion of the US armed forces, especially the Air Force.
