the recall forces were massively outspend and the Replutocrats early on used a lot of that money to reframe the narrative so that the issue became the legitimacy of the recall effort itself rather than Scott Walker and his policies.

But at least the billionaires created a lot more jobs (for political consultants and media outlets) than the do-nothing Replutocrat Congress.
