However, if anyone wants to detract from the public service of Elizabeth Warren by claiming to be more Cherokee-than-thou and claiming that she is not sufficiently Cherokee to meet their high standards, they have put their own Cherokee-ness at issue.

Actually, I was born in South Dakota and have encountered various native Americans all of my life. For me, it's easy to identify those whose ancestry includes both native Americans and Europeans. I've always found that they are the ones who always want to lecture others as to what it means to be a native American.
