Dem policies improve everyone's lot, even the 1%. I remember hearing a Swedish businessman being interviewed, I think it was on MSNBC, and the reporter was just incredulous that this guy would put up with a 75% top marginal tax. The man just matter-of factly said, "I don't want to be a rich man in a poor country."
