The WVa Civil Rights Lawyer did a segment on it. They gave depositions before they knew of the existence of the home camera (very rare).

$135K seems low.

One cop has resigned and has been charged. Nothing has apparently been done to the other cop even though he also participated in the beating and perjured himself. The DoJ is kicking the tires but probably nothing will happen. The family wanted the other cop charged as well. Don't understand why he wasn't if he perjured himself.
