1. I didn't see in MSM a question to rMoney if he supported the "Bring Jobs Home Act".

Most likely, he doesn't because the cancellation of tax breaks for expenses to move a company to a foreign company is in GOP eyes a tax increase. We can't a tax increase, but using taxpayer money to export our factories and jobs is OK.
