Dersh is missing the key point of the rushed indictment. It is merely
a cut and paste from the Jan 6 select committee. It isn’t intended to
survive a legal challenge. Its only purpose was to get the Devon
Archer testimony out of the headlines and away from the Sunday talk
shows.
