hookworms, pinworms, tapeworms, fleas, ticks, bed bugs... Can't treat or kill them no matter how much distress or harm to their male host, right?

While many don't want to associate a human fetus with an external parasite, the fact is that in all aspects of the definition, a fetus IS an INTERNAL parasite to its host--the mother--however welcome that temporary addition might be.
