2. The number of border crossing has been dropping.

Hard to predict the future, but border crossing have dropped dramatically in the last few weeks. Juarez didn't show much sign of a backlog and we closed are large shelter last month. Pretty calm here on the border. I' m pretty sure its about the same in Eagle Pass.
