published in NYT, WSJ, and others. CNN's Elie Honig (NYT opinion piece thism) comes to immediate mind, but there are others. Fortunately, Andrew Weissman professionally and collegially countered this piece on MSNBC a few hours ago. And yes, this is not the first time I have taken issue with Honig--a big reason I won't watch CNN. Then, of course there are the others who have crawled out of academic spaces to make a name for themselves--but think they must do so by disagreeing with everyone else on the most basic of legal pointss.
