At least I now sleep better at night knowing the current administration is... whoops, my wrong.

Every time I've thought I've had an original thought I find out otherwise, so here's another one... the ability to focus an electronic/whatever signal directly at one person, providing them intense pain. In order to turn it off, they need to do your bidding. Many problems immediately solved if my weapon is in the right hands.
