Epstein had the idea to set up some kind of a genius sperm bank that collected the seed from geniuses and billionaires. Then he wanted to artificially inseminate young, healthy women with the seed from those men. I don't think he actually started doing it, but he formed friendships with the potential donors, such as Stephen Hawking, Bill Gates, and I'm sure there were others.
So it looks like the Xu Bo has the same idea and he decided to do it all on his own. Of course there will be no guarantee that his own offspring will be "geniuses" or "billionaires." They could become drug addicts or alcoholics, and they could blow the entire fortune in Las Vegas. Also I'm wondering why does he say they're all boys? Didn't he produce any girls? Or maybe he has both, and then he disowned the girls....
