4. My local sources say Brown has said NO to re-scheduling

WGBH studios in Boston have the whole place set-up... could have held it last night... had power.

They have John King from CNN as debate moderator, standing by.

Brown has said no to Thursday.

The REAL REASON this debate won't happen: every time he debates Warren he goes DOWN in the polls and she comes up more.
