25. Some crackpot being Obama?

Because his signing statement clearly states that this law DOES allow for indefinite detention of US citizens without due process, he just pinky promises that it won't happen as long as he is president.

I guess Obama thought that the bill DOES codify indefinite detention...so much so that he wrote a signing statement to clarify HIS administration's position.

I agree though, Obama is starting to look like some kind of crack pot.
