didn't twist the proposal's wording to read yes means no & no means yes. I am bummed about 2 & 3 failing. Prop 3 opponents, Big Oil & Coal, called themselves the Citizen's Coalition for Clean Renewable Energy Futures or a similar lie. Wicked.
