Yes. It has.
And I am thinking this sequester (austerity, to be more correct) will just roll over Americans and embolden EVERYONE in Washington to start planning Sequester 2. Scripts being prepared right now. Dramatic finger-pointing assigned, etc. Then they all go back to their cushy jobs and look forward to their cushy days when out of office.
I see that now that we have the beginning of austerity without even much of a whimper (and Washington could care less about demonstrations, polls, and phone calls), the most important thing on the agenda is fundraising for 2014. What a fucking racket.
