4. Many Workers Must Wonder What Is The Point To Working....

long hours, at a job they dislike only to barely keep their head above water, hardly see their kids, their spouse and get bad mouthed for complaining, actually having the nerve to expect a living wage. While the CEO's keep getting raises and those underneath him(almost always a him) get to climb up the ladder and get perks for screwing over the peasants who work there.
Depression must be the number one health issue(after safety issue). We baby boomers saw what that did when our parents generation experienced getting pushed out the door a bit earlier than expected. They wondered what they had done wrong. They never knew that it had nothing to do with their skills but rather their years.
Now it gets worse as the youngest workers are already being condemned in so many ways. They want you to work for next to nothing. They tell you that your skills are never good enough(so they can always keep your wages lower than low). They trash you at their executive dinners by saying that the workers actually expect 40 hours, a regular schedule and decent wages. They must all have a good chuckle over that as they sip their champagne and nibble seafood canapes.
